12/8/2025 Rehearsal in the auditorium

Reminder the rehearsal on Monday, 12/8/2025 will be on the stage in the auditorium. We will need to move all chairs, stands, and percussion equipment to the stage and back to the band room after the rehearsal. It would be helpful to have as many people as possible to assist. Do not take a percussion equipment away until a member of the percussion section has indicated it is ready to be moved.

1) Check schedule.arkansaswinds.org on the time to be seated for the warmup.
2) We will stand when the conductor comes out for the concert and after intermission.
3) Do not bring down your instruments at the end of the piece until the conductor brings down their arms.
4) Wait for applause to die down to prepare for the next piece.
5) Keep an eye on the conductor so you can stand if the conductor asks a soloist, section, or band to stand.
6) Anytime we stand, turn to face the audience.
